Had microblading to brows. I had been following Karens work for a while and knew i would be in good hands. Made to feel very relaxed on visiting kp spa. Karen very professional and chatty to put you at ease. Most importantly fir me was that karen listened to want i wanted and was able to offer bespoke treatment. Looking forward to future visits. I first went to Karen 5 and a bit years ago after going to another practitioner who messed my eyebrows up. I was devastated and didn’t think they would ever look ok but Karen worked her magic and made them look incredible which was amazing as they were really badly done beforehand.
I’ve been going back ever since and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to friends and family especially when it comes to procedures on your face. Karen really knows her stuff and really cares about the industry and wants you to feel great about yourself. It’s more than just a job and that really shows in her work

I met Karen 2 years ago, I actually thought I had a fear of needles, but Karen kept me so calm, and talked me through everything thoroughly, and the treatments were and still are stress free, very relaxed and welcoming environment, very clean, very Proffesional.
Your face is such a personal part of you and your appearance, I wouldn’t trust any one else with it, she is so good and so knowledgeable!
I travel from Kent to come and see Karen, because of her skills and customer care are worth it ! 🙂
