Where it all started Layla began her entrepreneurial journey in the beauty industry in 2003 after the birth of her son, seeking flexibility and a fulfilling career.

Her dedication and expertise quickly propelled her business from a mobile therapist service to a home salon, and eventually to owning two successful high street clinics. By 2006, Layla had garnered significant recognition and was approached by a private company to share her knowledge as an educator.

Embracing this opportunity, she discovered her true passion in teaching and mentoring others within the beauty industry. Through her educational endeavours, Layla has empowered countless individuals to achieve their goals and thrive in their careers. In 2014, Layla found her true passion in Permanent Makeup.

Her enthusiasm for the treatment led her to attend numerous masterclasses with trainers from around the world. Layla continues to advance her skills and knowledge through annual training sessions, ensuring she provides treatments with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As the years passed, Layla became a multi-award-winning permanent makeup artist and trainer. Her love for sharing her passion and helping others succeed in the industry inspired her to create The PMU Circle. This initiative unites artists from around the globe, fostering a strong support community and delivering high-quality education through the power of the internet. In her most recent endeavour, Layla’s commitment to raising industry standards culminated in the creation of the PMU Mentorship.
