Having never had any procedures previously I was very nervous. Ruth put me at ease at the consultation and explained the procedures and recommended a number of treatments. There was no pressure to proceed and Ruth gave me time to think about how I wished to proceed. On the day, Ruth made me feel comfortable and totally at ease. The clinic itself is extremely clean and you don’t feel rushed. Ruth is fantastic! She listened to what I wanted and more importantly what I didn’t want and I came away with a very natural look and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back!
