Layla Hinchen's career in the beauty industry began in 2003, growing from a mobile therapist service to two high street clinics before she found her specialism in permanent makeup in 2014. Since then, she has built a reputation as a multi-award-winning PMU artist and trainer, investing in continuous professional development through annual masterclasses with international trainers.
