I'm Maria Mann, a Beauty and Aesthetics industry expert and multi-award-winning entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. I proudly own a thriving beauty and skin salon, aesthetics, laser, and PMU clinic, where I'm passionate about delivering exceptional treatments and results for my clients. I'm also the creator of my own retail skincare brand, which is proudly partnered with some of the biggest names on the high street, as well as a professional skincare range now featured in salons across the UK. As a qualified Educator, Assessor, and IQA, I own and run a VTCT-approved training academy, where I provide high-quality education and hands-on training to aspiring professionals. Alongside my academy, I also run a business mentoring programme, helping others grow and scale their own successful beauty and aesthetics businesses. Throughout my career, I've been honoured to judge at some of the industry's most prestigious awards ceremonies, celebrating and recognising the incredible talent within our industry. Beauty, education, and empowerment are at the heart of everything I do and I'm passionate about helping others achieve excellence and build confidence, both in their skills and their businesses.
