Worries before treatment

I have thought about getting lip filler for several years but always had an excuse as to why I should not get it done. Too much money, pain and not knowing who to trust to get it done were the main reasons. All of these reasons were put to bed by Sue before I even started the treatment. Her consultation showed her knowledge, her understanding of facial structure, her expertise in what she was doing and it put me completely at ease and convinced me this was the only person I would let touch my lips. At the start of the treatment she carefully explained exactly what she was going to do, why and how. This was so reassuring. She took her time during the treatment to ensure I was comfortable at each step of the process, checking in with me regularly. She was very professional but more importantly, extremely caring and considerate. She made sure that I was listened to and heard!

Results & aftercare

My first treatment did not give me the instant results I was looking for, however Sue had already explained that this was a process to get to where I wanted to be with my lips and I trusted her judgement. She did not want to rush anything for the most ethical of reasons. I put my faith in her and trusted the process and went back 2 weeks later to have another treatment which took my lips to where I wanted them to be. Her aftercare is excellent, I was provided with information and she checked in with me the next day to make sure I was okay and not in any pain and my lips were healing as they should. Now, 1 week after the second treatment, I am so happy. My lips are even better than I expected and it's all down to Sue and the magic she works. I truly believe no other practitioner would have given me the experience she did. Professional, expert, caring, compassionate. Sue puts the patient first, which is so important and the results speak for themselves. I have already recommended her to other people and will continue to do so. She is the best!

After going back to Sue 2 weeks after she had dissolved my lips, she checked for any remaining filler. She then took time to understand what I wanted out of getting my lips filled. She then measured the proportions of my face and then advised what was best. Throughout filling my lips she kept stopping to show me in the mirror to ensure I was happy with shape, size and if I was in any pain! Honestly the best experience I've ever had getting filler! Sue is so professional, talented whilst so caring and such a positive energy!

Results & aftercare

Sue checked in with me the morning after my treatment, gave advice and let me know I could contact her if had any issues. Really happy with the healing, no pain or discomfort.

I decided to have cheek filler after losing a substantial amount of weigh and trusted Sue to give me the results I wanted as I love her expertise and the natural look she gives. I first met Sue to have some lip filler, after the consultation it was discussed that due to some migration from previous filler,it would be best to dissolve all of the filler and then re fill if I wanted to. Sue was kind and caring, whilst incredibly knowledgable and professional. But there was no pressure in the appointment to book on the day, I went away and messaged in the week to book in at the weekend.

Results & aftercare

Absolutely chuffed with how quickly my lips have dissolved, with very little swelling or bruising. Sue checked in to see how I was getting on.

I am a returning client to the best of the best, Sue at Promise Aesthetics. As always, I was greeted by the sunshine in human form that is Sue. Sue was as thorough as ever mapping my face and taking time and care to really get acquainted with my facial features and muscles and how my face moves. The aim is always to look natural and not be completely frozen so Sue asked me about where my biggest concerns were and what exactly I wanted to achieve through treatment. Before injecting Sue talked me through what she could do and how that is would look on my face and once we had locked in exactly what I wanted, Sue got to work. It was almost painless, Sue’s skill and care when injecting is noticeable. I wasn’t numbed and Sue checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough, her treatments are entirely lead by what you want to achieve and she gives up so much time talking you through exactly what treatment will entail and what the results will be. What a pleasure being treated by the best of the best!

Results & aftercare

The results are always fabulous and give me so much confidence! Sue truly is a magician. The aftercare is second to none, Sue is always available to answer any questions after the treatment and is keen to be kept in the loop about the progress that is being made as the Anti-Wrinkle Treatment starts kicking in. You just don’t get service like that anywhere else!
