Returning client - back to the best of the best
Worries before treatment
Experience on the day
I am a returning client to the best of the best, Sue at Promise Aesthetics. As always, I was greeted by the sunshine in human form that is Sue. Sue was as thorough as ever mapping my face and taking time and care to really get acquainted with my facial features and muscles and how my face moves. The aim is always to look natural and not be completely frozen so Sue asked me about where my biggest concerns were and what exactly I wanted to achieve through treatment. Before injecting Sue talked me through what she could do and how that is would look on my face and once we had locked in exactly what I wanted, Sue got to work. It was almost painless, Sue’s skill and care when injecting is noticeable. I wasn’t numbed and Sue checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough, her treatments are entirely lead by what you want to achieve and she gives up so much time talking you through exactly what treatment will entail and what the results will be. What a pleasure being treated by the best of the best!
Results & aftercare
The results are always fabulous and give me so much confidence! Sue truly is a magician. The aftercare is second to none, Sue is always available to answer any questions after the treatment and is keen to be kept in the loop about the progress that is being made as the Botox starts kicking in. You just don’t get service like that anywhere else!

Excellent Facial and Microneeding and BioRePeel
I officially look 20 years younger. People don’t know I have had treatment as it is so subtle, but I keep getting complements on my face. Brought my confidence up. Sue is fantastic. Makes me feel special each time I go. I had a problem on my face. Went once. Hooked. Prices so good. But she would not treat me until I drank certain amount of water everyday. So sue real love you cared rather than going for money. The facial really relaxed me. I cannot sing Sue’s praises enough.

Sue was excellent and and sat with me to go through what I would like to achieve. She is very experienced and I had the least pain possible. She caters to everybody’s needs individually along side doing an amazing job! Would definitely recommend

Sukhy is amazing at what she does. She is very professional, attentive and truly cares about achieving the best results for her clients. She never rushes treatments and takes great pride in her work. I had a lovely hydrofacial with her and she also carried out dermal filler treatment for my mum. We are both extremely happy with the results so far.

The Best Teenage Facial
We went to Sue for my daughters Acne as no creams or potions was working from the GP. Upon having a consultation with Sue, she explained thoroughly to my daughter who is Autistic what the procedure was and how she would do it. During this she done a step by step guide and made my 14 year old feel so at ease. The aftercare was straightforward and simple nothing too complicated. Her Acne has never been so good and her face is so my cleaner and clearer. We have booked in for another top up session. Honestly we wouldn’t use anyone else and I highly recommend Sue for professionalism, patience, kindness, and over all her fantastic work she does

excellent Hydra facial anti acne
I recently had a HydraFacial Anti-Acne treatment done with Sue and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. My skin has always struggled with breakouts, congestion, and occasional redness, but this facial made an immediate difference. Sue was extremely gentle, professional, and respectful throughout the entire appointment. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed, i felt like i was at home .She carefully explained every step before starting, letting me know exactly what she was going to do and why each part of the treatment was beneficial for my skin. AMAZING
I have had both cheek & lip filler with Sue. I have lost over 10 stone and my face was drooping. Sue has given me my smile back. I love that Sue listens and takes time to listen and does exactly what you want. I have had other treatments such as microneedling and hydro facials from Sue previously also and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Sue has given me my smile & confidence back.
