How did you first get into your industry?

At 30, as a single mum, I decided to go back to college to train in the beauty industry. Balancing studying with raising my child wasn’t easy, but I was determined to build a better future for us both while pursuing something I truly enjoyed.

After qualifying, I built my client base from the ground up. Through dedication and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident in their skin, my business gradually grew and my love for skin health developed.

As my knowledge and experience expanded, I became increasingly interested in the science behind the skin and the anatomy of ageing. This naturally led me into aesthetics, where I could combine my passion for skincare with a deeper understanding of how the skin changes over time.

Today, I focus on supporting healthy, natural-looking skin while continuing to learn and grow within the industry.

What's your favourite thing about working in the industry?

One of the reasons I love the aesthetics and beauty industry is the people within it. It’s an industry full of passionate, self-made entrepreneurs who have built their businesses through dedication and a genuine love for what they do.

Most professionals in this field truly care about their clients and the results they achieve. It’s not just about providing treatments - it’s about building trust, confidence, and helping people feel their best.

Being surrounded by like-minded people who are passionate, hardworking, and committed to high standards is something that continually inspires me and makes me proud to be part of the industry.

What's your favourite treatment to perform, and why?

My favourite treatment is full face rejuvenation because it allows me to take a holistic approach to ageing. Instead of focusing on one specific area, it involves treating the face as a whole to restore balance, structure, and overall skin quality.

This approach often combines different treatments to achieve the best possible outcomes, creating subtle and natural-looking results. What I love most is that it allows me to gently restore and refresh the face, helping to rewind the signs of ageing without changing a client’s natural features.

The goal is always to enhance what is already there, maintaining a natural look while helping clients feel more confident and refreshed.
