How did you first get into your industry?
I came into aesthetics from a place of wanting to rebuild confidence - not just in others, but understanding how powerful that feeling is personally too. My journey hasn’t been linear, and that’s shaped how I work.
I understand what it feels like to lose confidence and how important it is to feel like yourself again. That’s what drew me to this industry - helping people reconnect with that version of themselves.
What's your favourite thing about working in the industry?
It’s the emotional shift, not just the physical one. When someone comes in feeling unsure, nervous, or lacking confidence, and leaves standing a little taller - that’s everything to me.

What's your favourite treatment to perform, and why?
I’m passionate about treatments that enhance and restore, not change. I don’t believe in overdone results. I believe in subtle, natural improvements that help someone look like the best version of themselves.
I also work closely with nervous clients, which is something I really care about. I know how daunting it can feel, so everything is done at their pace. There’s no pressure, no rushing,just a calm, supportive environment where they feel safe, in control, and fully listened to.

I am a returning client to the best of the best, Sue at Promise Aesthetics. As always, I was greeted by the sunshine in human form that is Sue. Sue was as thorough as ever mapping my face and taking time and care to really get acquainted with my facial features and muscles and how my face moves. The aim is always to look natural and not be completely frozen so Sue asked me about where my biggest concerns were and what exactly I wanted to achieve through treatment. Before injecting Sue talked me through what she could do and how that is would look on my face and once we had locked in exactly what I wanted, Sue got to work. It was almost painless, Sue’s skill and care when injecting is noticeable. I wasn’t numbed and Sue checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough, her treatments are entirely lead by what you want to achieve and she gives up so much time talking you through exactly what treatment will entail and what the results will be. What a pleasure being treated by the best of the best! The results are always fabulous and give me so much confidence! Sue truly is a magician. The aftercare is second to none, Sue is always available to answer any questions after the treatment and is keen to be kept in the loop about the progress that is being made as the Botox starts kicking in. You just don’t get service like that anywhere else!
I officially look 20 years younger. People don’t know I have had treatment as it is so subtle, but I keep getting complements on my face. Brought my confidence up. Sue is fantastic. Makes me feel special each time I go. I had a problem on my face. Went once. Hooked. Prices so good. But she would not treat me until I drank certain amount of water everyday. So sue real love you cared rather than going for money. The facial really relaxed me. I cannot sing Sue’s praises enough.
