I’m Leanne, founder of Faces by LL and an advanced aesthetics practitioner specialising in lip artistry, facial contouring and advanced aesthetic treatments. I built Faces by LL from the ground up, and what started as a passion has grown into an award-winning business and a career I’m incredibly proud of. My approach has always been technique-led, not quantity-led. I believe in enhancing someone’s features rather than changing their face, with safety, anatomy and long-term results at the centre of everything I do. I’m particularly known for advanced lip work, including correcting migration, reshaping difficult lips and creating my signature flat, lifted lip styles. A huge part of my work is also helping clients who have previously had treatments they’re unhappy with and giving them the confidence to start again. In 2025, I was incredibly proud to win Best Russian Lips and Best Facial Contouring at the South West Beauty & Aesthetics Awards. My career has since taken me beyond treating clients. I now mentor other practitioners, teach my advanced techniques and have been invited to judge within the aesthetics and beauty industry — something that still feels surreal when I think about where I started. For me, Faces by LL has never been about following trends or simply doing more. It’s about continually learning, refining my techniques, practising safely and creating results that both my clients and I can be proud of. And I’m nowhere near finished yet. 🤍
